INSTALLATION - Coverage for materials, supplies, machinery, equipment, fixtures and other property designed to be a permanent part of a project site where installation is being done.

TOOLS & CONTRACTORS EQUIPMENT - We can provide either Blanket or Specific coverage on tools & equipment you own and on tools & equipment you don't own (other than employees tools) at little or no extra charge. With most other policies this coverage is either optional or not mentioned at all.. Earthquake & Flood are covered in many cases.

GENERAL LIABILITY

LIMITED CARE, CUSTODY AND CONTROL - We can provide coverage for damage to property in your care, custody or control if the damage is caused by you.

ADDITIONAL INSUREDS - If needed, we provide automatic coverage for the eight types of additional insureds that contractors name most often on their insurance policies, including anyone required to be added as an additional insured by written contract.
